Dr. Beth Schoenekase

dr-beth

Dr. Beth was born and raised in St. Louis. She enjoyed an active childhood participating in sports and enjoying the outdoors. In high school, Dr. Beth was a three-sport athlete playing soccer, softball and basketball. She went on to play soccer for Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri and began undergraduate studies in exercise science/pre-med. Like most young people participating in sports, she sustained a few injuries that required athletic trainers, physical therapists, and osteopathic doctors.  Spending time with these professionals ignited a fire for helping people in similar situations. After more research and on-site visits, Dr. Beth found her passion for chiropractic.

She graduated with honors from Logan College of Chiropractic (now Logan University) in 2008. Following graduation, she began working alongside Dr. Donald Rueschhoff at the current practice location. Dr. Rueschhoff retired soon after that, and Dr. Beth took the practice over at the end of 2009. Dr. Beth has taken advanced training in the treatment of pregnant women and children, and nutrition. She really enjoys helping patients of all ages improve their health and relieve their pain. She is currently furthering her education in acupuncture and functional medicine. These two together bring one of the oldest, proven therapies together with the newest research to best help the patient. She believes in treating the patient as a whole to improve overall wellbeing.
